Focused on the badly need of real battle assessments,clarified the target location and concept of evaluation indicator system for equipment operational test at first,and then proposed an evaluation idea of operational test based on need and mission.On this basis,gave the construction method and optimization method of evaluation indicator system.Finally,analysed the focus of test for indicator system rationality.The result have reference significance for equipment operational test.

For the case of the guidance handover for interception beyond visual range of the semi-active ship-air missile by ship-ship coordination,the scenario of ship-ship collaborative guidance was set,and based on the analyses on the operative flow,two handover methods were firstly presented by combining the program trajectory solution and mobile communication switching technology,which are the direct switch and the interactive switch.And the feasibility of the designed methods was demonstrated,the key technology and implementation approach were put forward.Finally the advantages and disadvantages of the handover methods were analyzed.
